Due to the nature of the COVID 19 pandemic, we currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.

I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER.

Ooops! We apologize for your incomplete package. Please reach out to us with your order # and we will ship out the missing item as soon as possible.

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCEL

We make sure that all items are in pristine condition and are properly wrapped prior to shipping. Once the parcel has been shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages, lost, or stolen items caused by the courier. The great news is we purchase $100 worth of insurance for every parcel. Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date so we can assist with filing a claim with Canada post.
