PICK UP & SHIPPING
HOW CAN I GET MY ORDERS?
Beauty Haven Canada is based in Pickering, Ontario. We currently offer shipping to the US and Canada (stay tuned for worldwide shipping!).
FREE local pickup is available in the Pharmacy/Lawrence area of Scarborough and Brock Rd/401 of Pickering. Please select the “Local Pickup” option upon checkout. Feel free to leave a note for special instructions or if you need the products ASAP and we will try to accommodate as best as we can or may message us on our facebook page for more options.
WHAT IS THE PICK UP SCHEDULE?
Please wait for the "READY FOR PICK UP" email containing the exact address and other pick up details BEFORE coming. Kindly message us at least 2 hours in advance during the day of pick up.
Pick up schedules are only guides and we reserve the right to change the time as needed and only for reasonable reasons. We will do our best to contact you in advance should we need to reschedule.
We currently have 2 pick up locations:
Brock Rd. & 401
We may allow same day pick ups or pick ups until 11pm upon request. Schedule during the weekends and holidays may vary. Please contact us in advance if you plan to pick up during these days so that we can arrange suitably.
Pharmacy & Lawrence
Orders for pick up are brought to the Scarborough location EVERY SATURDAY @ 10AM. Any orders past that time will be available the next Saturday. PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDERS ACCORDINGLY.
We may allow curbside pick ups and timing not stated on the schedule upon request. Please contact us so that we may assist you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. During big sale periods and holiday seasons, there might be a slight delay with the shipment of your order. Rest assured, we do our best to have your products shipped to you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
After orders has been processed, your orders will arrive within:
1-4 business days (within Ontario)
2-7 business days (outside of Ontario)
3-10 business days (United Stated)
Beauty Haven Canada uses “Expedited Shipping” for all orders with no additional cost. However, shipping days are not guaranteed due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. We ask for your patience and cooperation, especially during the sale and holiday season. The safety of our staff and business partners are our top priority.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.
If you have an account, you can view your orders and tracking information on the My Orders page. You can also track your order by entering your tracking number on the Canada Post website.
MY PACKAGE IS MARKED AS "DELIVERED", BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check your surroundings, mailbox, and community mailbox or with your neighbours, concierge, and/or post office for the meantime.
If you do not receive your orders within a couple of days, please email us with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.
